Our Chefs belong to the most prestigious French culinary organizations, the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France and L’Academie Culinaire de France. In the spirit of solidarity, participating chefs were happy and proud to collaborate on dishes from their French regions alongside their own countrymen. Expect numerous Kitchen Demonstrations on a Lacanche stove throughout the weekend, where you can get up close and watch these great Chefs in action, demonstrating how to cook successfully some unique French dishes.
